Looks like the hubby and I are going to be getting a Sheltie. How exciting! This isn’t the one we’re getting but this one’s seriously looking like s/he’s at Glamour Shots, eh?

They all closed up here in Canada in the late 90s/early 00s. It really makes me sad. What also makes me sad is that they really glammed up their photography for where they still are in existence. No more feather boas and silly hats.
Uh oh… a Buzzfeed!
I guess I’ve made it to the Big Times now since there’s a Buzzfeed that resembles my tumblr! They’ve not got instructions on 12 Ways To Achieve The Very Best Glamour Shot which, while great b/c it continues the propagation of Glamour Shots glory, it sucks b/c they stole a bunch of the best pics I have!
I’ll still use them but will have to wait for a few months for the hoopla to die down about it.
For those of you who are new here welcome and PLEASE send me your own Glamour Shots. I love submissions. They make my day like you wouldn’t believe. They’re way better than reusing other shots that are all over teh innerwebs.
Ouch. Seriously.
This morning I went to see a new ENT about my ears and she put a tube into one of them. I’m getting the other tube put in on Thursday. Why, you ask? Well, my ears aren’t draining and I’m going to Europe next week! SQUWEEEE! I really don’t want a ruptured ear drum on the plane so it’s back to 1979 with me to when I first had tubes in my ears.
In honour of my upcoming European Vacation I’m going to try to have more glamorous photos this week. There won’t be anything showing up for three weeks while I’m gone so love it while you can!

Why is tonight not like all other nights? Well, if you really want to know, just watch The Ten Commandments. The Charlton Heston version. It’s so campy it makes me smile and giggle every time I watch it… and I watch it at least once a year.
Seeing as today is a double-whammy holiday for 2/3 of the Judeo-Christian religions I just want to remind everyone that the higher the hair the closer to God. Keep that in mind while hunting for eggs (if you’re celebrating the rebirth of Jesus) or the afikomen (if you’re channeling your forefather’s blood, sweet and toil).
If today isn’t a religious holiday for you, well, enjoy the day off! :D
